POET-LAB Presents REMEMBER at New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027

NEW YORK, NY — September 14, 2026 — POET-LAB, founded and creatively directed by Giuseppe Iaciofano, presented REMEMBER during New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027 on September 12, 2026, at The GlassHouse in New York City.

Inspired by the landscapes and cultural heritage of Albania, the collection explored the relationship between memory, identity, heritage, and freedom. Through architectural tailoring, sculptural silhouettes, and expressive craftsmanship, REMEMBER examined how the past continues to shape who we are and who we become.

POET-LAB: REMEMBER

REMEMBER translated personal and collective memory into a contemporary fashion language, bringing together structured tailoring, sculptural forms, and expressive details. The collection reflected on the connection between origins and transformation, presenting fashion as a medium through which identity can be preserved, questioned, and reinvented.

Entrepreneur and humanitarian Elton Ilirjani served as the collection’s muse, embodying its celebration of individuality, transformation, and the courage to honor one’s origins.

The collection also drew inspiration from legendary Albanian singer Parashqevi Simaku, whose enduring cultural influence speaks to the power of memory to transcend generations.

Completing the narrative, POET-LAB collaborated with Italian design house MAT-B Material Bag to transform reclaimed industrial materials into sculptural accessories. The collaboration reinforced the collection’s vision of fashion as a living archive of memory, resilience, and reinvention.

Through its cultural references, considered silhouettes, and material experimentation, REMEMBER positioned fashion as both a reflection of the past and a means of imagining the future.
