Luxury fragrance house Alexandre.J has unveiled The Collector Elixir, a refined evolution of one of its most recognizable collections. Reimagining six signature fragrances while introducing an entirely new creation, the Maison continues its pursuit of craftsmanship, artistic design, and contemporary luxury. The result is a collection that honors its heritage while embracing a bold new aesthetic.
At the heart of The Collector Elixir is a careful balance between familiarity and innovation. The original olfactory identities remain intact, yet each fragrance has been subtly refined with richer textures and modern nuances. Joining the reimagined lineup of Black Muscs II, Morning Muscs II, Rose Oud II, Iris Violet II, Golden Oud II, and Rose Alba II is White Night, a completely new fragrance that introduces a fresh and luminous chapter to the collection.
Perhaps the most striking transformation comes through the collection’s presentation. Alexandre.J replaces its iconic aluminum bottles with sculptural colored-glass flacons, each designed as a collectible work of art. Deep jewel tones and intricate handcrafted detailing reinforce the Maison’s signature visual identity while elevating every bottle into an object of design. The transition reflects more than fifteen years of artisanal expertise, with each bottle and presentation case continuing to be handcrafted in pursuit of exceptional quality.
The collection’s olfactory reinterpretation was entrusted to Studio Flair perfumers Amélie Bourgeois and Anne-Sophie Behaghel, who approached each fragrance with respect for its original composition while introducing contemporary refinements. Each fragrance offers its own distinct personality. White Night delivers a fresh composition built around fig milk, ginger, orange blossom, sandalwood, white musk, and guaiac wood. Black Muscs II introduces black cherry into its signature rose and musk accord, while Golden Oud II deepens its oriental identity through passion fruit, saffron, benzoin, and oud. Elsewhere, Morning Muscs II highlights soft peach and cashmere woods, Rose Oud II blends rose with vibrant red fruits, Iris Violet II explores creamy gourmand notes of vanilla and caramel, and Rose Alba II embraces a darker, more sensual interpretation of rose through plant-based leather and warm woods.
