Inspired by Charlotte Brontë’s Jane Eyre, Guillermo Pharis presents 16 bridal designs celebrating enduring love, individuality, and timeless elegance.
Guillermo Pharis unveiled EVERLASTING, his Fall/Winter 2027 collection, on October 13 during New York Bridal Fashion Week. Presented to press and buyers from October 13–15 at One Fine Day Bridal Market in the Starrett-Lehigh Building, the collection draws on Victorian literature to explore romance, personal strength, and contemporary bridal design.
At its heart is Jane Eyre, Charlotte Brontë’s celebrated novel about an independent heroine determined to remain true to herself. Inspired by Jane’s resilience and the enduring love that defines her story, Pharis translates these themes into a collection that balances emotional depth with modern elegance.
Comprising 16 designs in an ivory palette, EVERLASTING combines timeless bodices, handmade floral elements, and intricate modern lace. Drop, basque, and seamless waistlines introduce variation, while expressive volume brings a contemporary dimension to traditional bridal silhouettes. Old World textile references are reimagined through refined details, reflecting the designer’s commitment to individuality and craftsmanship.
The collection’s literary inspiration reinforces a vision of the modern bride who embodies strength and sensitivity without compromising her identity. Through this perspective, Pharis approaches the wedding gown as more than a ceremonial garment: it becomes an expression of personal character and enduring emotion.
Based in New York City and Denver, Pharis developed his passion for bridal design at nine years old after watching a Christian Dior couture show. He later studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, refining his technical skills and creative vision. In 2025, he became a finalist nominee in the bridal category for The Rising Star Awards by The Fashion Group International.
With EVERLASTING, Guillermo Pharis brings literary storytelling into contemporary bridal fashion, uniting romantic inspiration, considered silhouettes, and intricate details in a collection that celebrates the enduring relationship between love and individuality.
